Circulating tumor DNA-based characterization of copy number and structural variants in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma by targeted hybrid-capture based deep sequencing
The authors assess the feasibility of the KAPA NHL Panel to detect copy number variants and stuctural variants in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma from circulating tumor DNA isolated from plasma samples. This abstract has been previously published in J Mol Diagn (https://doi.org/10.1016/S1525-1578(23)00249-0) as part of the Association for Molecular Pathology 2023 Annual Meeting Abstracts.

Tumor-specific somatic variant detection in cfDNA: ability of the AVENIOⓇ Surveillance test to detect low level allelic fraction ctDNA variants in colorectal cancer patient plasma samples
In this poster, the authors present the validity and concordance of a next-generation liquid biopsy assay, the AVENIOⓇ Oncology Assay Surveillance Test, to detect extremely low level allelic fraction circulating tumor DNA variants in cell-free DNA in colorectal cancer patient plasma samples. This abstract has been previously published in J Mol Diagn (https://doi.org/10.1016/S1525-1578(23)00249-0) as part of the Association for Molecular Pathology 2023 Annual Meeting Abstracts.

Comparison study between multiple variant annotation software solutions
This work summarizes the analysis and comparison of genomic variant classifications across multiple commercially- or publicly-available digital solutions for variant interpretation, including navify Mutation Profiler. Sequencing data from real world cases were retrospectively analyzed through these annotation tools. By analyzing the similarities and differences in classifications and the underlying criteria employed by these various tools, the aim is to understand the nuances of each tool and guide researchers in selecting the most appropriate tool for their needs. This abstract has been previously published in J Mol Diagn (https://doi.org/10.1016/S1525-1578(23)00249-0) as part of the Association for Molecular Pathology 2023 Annual Meeting Abstracts.
