Smartphone-based assessment of gait with Floodlight in multiple sclerosis shows high operational robustness and analytical validity against reference tool

The analysis shows that the smartphone-based Floodlight 2MWT can accurately and robustly measure gait characteristics, both in different setting (in-clinic, laboratory-based setting and unsupervised, remote setting) and for different smartphone wear locations. The agreement with a reference measurement system (i.e., validated Gait Up sensors) is high, and the bias minimal.
