Post-hoc analysis of the SMA Independence Scale-Upper Limb Module (SMAIS-ULM) in individuals with Type 2 and non-ambulant Type 3 SMA using SUNFISH Part 2 data

Independence in activities of daily living is a key determinant of health-related quality of life in individuals with SMA. This poster investigated the impact of risdiplam▼on levels of independence in children, teenagers and adults with SMA, determined by changes in scores on the patient-reported (for patients aged ≥12–25 years) and caregiver-reported (for patients aged 2–25 years) SMAIS-ULM.
