HICKORY: Etrolizumab as Induction and Maintenance Therapy in Patients with Ulcerative Colitis Previously Exposed to Tumor Necrosis Factor Inhibitor

HICKORY was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 3 study of etrolizumab in patients with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis previously exposed to anti-tumor necrosis factor agent. The study evaluated the safety and efficacy of etrolizumab during maintenance and induction.
