Outcomes in Patients with Poor-risk Cytogenetics with or without TP53 Mutations Treated with Venetoclax Combined with Azacitidine

A pooled analysis of a Phase 3 trial (NCT02993523) and a Phase 1b trial (NCT02203773) evaluating the efficacy and safety of venetoclax (Ven) plus azacitidine (Aza) vs Aza monotherapy in patients with treatment-naïve acute myeloid leukemia who have poor-risk cytogenetics with and without TP53 mutations; impact of allelic frequency of TP53 mutations on remission and survival in Ven+Aza-treated patients is also assessed.
