Preliminary Results of Ongoing, Prospective Study of Antibody and T-Cell Responses to SARS-CoV-2 in Patients With MS on Ocrelizumab or Other Disease-Modifying Therapies

To determine whether disease-modifying therapies impact the persistence of immune responses to COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2 antibodies and T cell responses were evaluated in patients with multiple sclerosis receiving ocrelizumab, other or no disease-modifying therapy (DMT), and who attended the NYU MS Care Center (NYUMSCC) at the time of a COVID-19 infection.
