CHDI 2022: Understanding the treatment and post-treatment effects of tominersen in the Phase III GENERATION HD1 study

The Phase III GENERATION HD1 study has provided us with data regarding the treatment and post-treatment effects of tominersen. By analysing various aspects of the data collected from the GENERATION HD1 study, this presentation will look at what we have learned so far from the tominersen programme and how this knowledge can be leveraged to design the new Phase II study.
