The Alzheimer’s Disease Event Inventory: Analysis of baseline data from the Tauriel study

The Alzheimer’s Disease Event Inventory (ADEI) is a novel outcome measure designed to measure AD progression by the time taken to pre-defined disease milestones in the patient journey. ADEI was included as an exploratory outcome in the Phase 3 Tauriel study to test its potential use in time-to-event analyses of disease progression. Here the authors assess the baseline frequency of the ADEI milestones in 442 participants with prodromal-to-mild AD in Tauriel.
