COVID-19 in Persons With Multiple Sclerosis Treated With Ocrelizumab: Pharmacovigilance Update

Limited evidence exists on the effect of COVID-19 in persons with multiple sclerosis (pwMS) receiving immunotherapy. Using ongoing Roche clinical trials and post-marketing case reports, we provide a summary of outcomes of COVID-19 in pwMS receiving ocrelizumab. There was no evidence that patients receiving ocrelizumab are at increased risk of contracting, or of experiencing a more severe course of COVID-19.
