Biomarker analysis from KAITLIN, a randomised phase 3 study of adjuvant trastuzumab emtansine plus pertuzumab versus trastuzumab plus taxane plus pertuzumab after anthracyclines for high-risk HER2-positive early breast cancer

KAITLIN is a phase 3 study comparing the efficacy and safety of T-DM1 + pertuzumab compared with taxane + trastuzumab + pertuzumab, following anthracyclines as adjuvant therapy in patients with node-positive or hormone receptor negative disease greater than 2 cm (ie, high-risk) HER2-positive early breast cancer. This presentation reports the biomarker results from KAITLIN.
