IMpassion050: A phase 3 study of neoadjuvant atezolizumab + pertuzumab + trastuzumab + chemotherapy in high-risk, HER2-positive early breast cancer

IMpassion050 is a double-blind, randomised, international, multicentre, placebo-controlled study which evaluated efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant atezolizumab or placebo, each combined with pertuzumab, trastuzumab and chemotherapy. This oral presentation reports the primary analysis.
