T-cell dynamics in response to neoadjuvant atezolizumab in early NSCLC by antigen response and T-cell receptor sequencing

LCMC3 (NCT02927301) is a phase II trial of neoadjuvant atezolizumab in early-stage NSCLC. Multiple biomarker analyses were used to characterize immune cell populations before and after neoadjuvant atezolizumab treatment. The impact of treatment on T-cell dynamics in the peripheral blood and tumor in association with pathologic response to neoadjuvant atezolizumab are reported.
