SKYSCRAPER-02: Primary results of a phase III, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of atezolizumab (atezo) + carboplatin + etoposide (CE) with or without tiragolumab (tira) in patients (pts) with untreated extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC)

SKYSCRAPER-02 is a randomised phase III study of the anti-TIGIT antibody tiragolumab versus placebo in combination with atezolizumab plus carboplatin and etoposide as a first-line treatment for patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. This presentation will report results of the primary analysis of progression-free survival and a planned interim analysis of overall survival from SKYSCRAPER-02.
