Atezolizumab in Combination With Bevacizumab▼ Compared With Sorafenib in patients with Untreated Locally Advanced or Metastatic Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) and elevated alpha fetoprotein (AFP)

Atezolizumab + bevacizumab▼ was recently approved in the US as treatment for unresectable or metastatic HCC that has not previously been treated with systemic therapy, based on the phase III trial IMbrave150. To explore the value of AFP as a potential marker for atezolizumab + bevacizumab efficacy, exploratory analyses conducted on patients enrolled in the Ph 1b study GO30140 and IMbrave150 are presented.
