IMpower133 characterisation of long term survivors treated first line with chemotherapy ± atezolizumab in extensive stage small cell lung cancer

This exploratory analysis characterized long-term survivors (LTS) in the Phase III IMpower133 study evaluating atezolizumab + carboplatin and etoposide (CE) vs placebo + CE in patients with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer. Patients who survived ≥ 18 months comprised the LTS population. Analyses included exploration of the association between long-term survival and patient and disease characteristics.
