The Port Delivery System with ranibizumab (PDS) is a drug-device combination for maintenance of vision and retinal anatomy in patients with neovascular age-related macular degeneration. The PDS includes a refillable ocular implant designed for the continuous release of a customized formulation of ranibizumab, surgically implanted in the superotemporal quadrant at the pars plana.
