Anatomical, Visual, and Durability Outcomes From the BOULEVARD Phase 2 Trial of Faricimab▼ for Diabetic Macular Edema

Faricimab▼ is a bispecific antibody that independently binds and neutralizes Ang-2 and VEGF-A, with high specificity and potency and without steric hindrance. The efficacy and safety of faricimab▼ in patients with DME was evaluated in the phase 2 BOULEVARD trial. A new post-hoc analyses was conducted to assess “sustained retinal stability”.
