Prediction of ranibizumab injection frequency in patients with macular edema due to retinal vein occlusion during as need dosing period of BRAVO and CRUISE Phase 3 trials

Analyses of clinical trials, long-term extension and real-world studies showed that many patients with RVO require long-term frequent follow-up and anti-VEGF injections to achieve and maintain optimal vision gain. The aim of the study was to identify predictive biomarkers of ranibizumab treatment frequency in patients with BRVO and CRVO in BRAVO and CRUISE Phase 3 studies, respectively.
