Tocilizumab in Systemic Sclerosis Interstitial Lung Disease: Safety and Efficacy in the Double-Blind and Open-Label Periods of a Randomized Controlled Phase 3 Trial

Lung function was preserved in patients with systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease who were treated with tocilizumab for 96 weeks continuously and in those who started tocilizumab treatment after 48 weeks in the focuSSced phase 3 randomized controlled trial and long term extension.
