Data quality framework for cohort discovery: Insights from the design of the global WAYFIND-R oncology real-world data research platform

WAYFIND-R is a global precision oncology registry to collect real-world, long-term data to gain clinical insights on characteristics and outcomes from patients with solid tumors profiled with a next-generation sequencing (NGS) test. To confirm the registry’s fitness for purpose, a data quality framework was established to assess quality at each processing step along the entire data lifecycle, to enable cohort discovery and further real-world evidence (RWE) generation using the WAYFIND-R® Data Sharing and Collaboration Platform.
