Harmonising Genomic Insights from Clinical Practice: WAYFIND-R's Approach to Global Clinico-Genomic Data Collection and Collaboration

The global WAYFIND-R registry (NCT04529122) collects longitudinal clinico-genomic data from patients with solid tumours profiled with next-generation sequencing (NGS) during routine care, with the aim of supporting data-driven cancer research. The poster outlines the computational approach to harmonise and standardise NGS test results from molecular tumour profiling information available to clinicians and Molecular Tumour Boards in routine care.
