Safety of Ocrelizumab in Multiple Sclerosis: Updated Analysis in Patients With Relapsing and Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis

The safety and efficacy of ocrelizumab have been characterized in the Phase II study in RRMS and in the Phase III trials in RMS (OPERA I and OPERA II) and PPMS (ORATORIO). Data are reported from ongoing safety evaluations from ocrelizumab clinical trials and open-label extension (OLE) periods up to January 2019 and to report select post-marketing safety data.
