In this presentation, key clinical and anatomic outcomes from the phase 3 YOSEMITE/RHINE trials of faricimab▼ in patients with DME are summarized, supporting comprehensive disease control and extended durability through dual Ang-2/VEGF-A inhibition with faricimab▼. Various retinal biomarkers (CST, macular leakage, IRF, HRF, ERM, and hard exudates) demonstrated greater improvements with faricimab▼ vs aflibercept.
