CONTACT-03 was a randomized, Phase III trial examining the efficacy and safety of the PD-L1 inhibitor atezolizumab plus the VEGF receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor cabozantinib vs cabozantinib alone following progression on or after prior treatment with PD-L1/PD-1 therapy in patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma. This presentation shows the primary endpoints of progression-free survival and overall survival, key secondary endpoints, and safety.
