Surgical Management and Clinical Outcomes of Adverse Events with the Port Delivery Platform (PD-P)
This presentation reports the incidence of conjunctival erosions and associated vision outcomes before and after key updates to the surgical procedures (IFU) associated with implanting the Port Delivery Platform With Ranibizumab. Good conjunctival management is key to ensure optimal patient outcomes, which can be achieved by adherence to the surgical IFU to prevent conjunctival events, and appropriate postoperative monitoring and management.

Surgical Video Analysis in PDS clinical trials: Lessons learned
This presentation describes the previous use of systematic video review in the Port Delivery Platform with ranibizumab (PDS) clinical development program to inform updates to the PDS procedures and reduce the risk of adverse events. Systematic reviews are now performed in the ongoing Port Delivery Platform development program to proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement, where warranted.
