Hepatitis Delta Virus Detection and Quantitation by a Prototype Dual-Target qPCR Assay on high-throughput cobas 6800 system
This poster describes a new prototype HDV (hepatitis delta virus) RNA quantitation assay developed on the high-throughput cobas 6800 platform. The assay uses a dual-target approach to detect conserved domains near the ribozyme core and within HDAg (hepatitis delta large antigen). This poster was presented at the 2nd Delta Cure meeting (Hannover, Germany; 5 to 6 October, 2023).
