KAPA EvoPrep workflow: A streamlined, high-efficiency library preparation method for sensitive somatic variant detection
This poster showcases the performance of two Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) library preparation methods; Namely, the KAPA EvoPrep Kit for use with cell free DNA (cfDNA), and KAPA EvoPlus V2 Kit for use with intact DNA of varying qualities. More specifically, the poster showcases how these library preparation methods can be used to enable sensitive variant detection of a range of mutations, by coupling the library preparation methods to KAPA HyperCap and KAPA HyperPETE target enrichment workflows.
