Racial Disparities in Survival of Patients With High-Risk LA SCCHN in the US
This poster reports racial disparities in the survivial of patients with high risk squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck in the United States using real-world data from the SEER database. Overall survival was compared between White and Black patients, as well as other socioeconomic and clinical factors such as HPV status.

Real-world data from the SEER database are reported in this poster to describe the real-world treatment patterns of older adults with locally advanced squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck in the United States. Second line treatment patterns and median time to next treatment are reported.
